As a certified specialist in IT law (Fachanwältin für Informationstechnologierecht), Dr. Julia Fedke covers a vital dimension of modern estate planning. From digital assets and online accounts to data protection and IT-related transfers of corporate infrastructure, digital estates play a crucial role in contemporary succession. Dr. Julia Fedke brings extensive experience from commercial law firms (including Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner), the corporate IT sector, and her academic role as a lecturer at FOM University.
Christina Hemb: Tax Law and Estate Planning
Christina Hemb strengthens the firm in tax law and estate planning. She has extensive experience in tax advisory and structuring, specializing in inheritance and gift tax, business succession, valuation law, as well as income and sales tax. In addition to her qualification as a certified tax attorney (Fachanwältin für Steuerrecht) and prior experience at Grant Thornton AG, she has successfully completed the specialist course in inheritance law (Fachanwaltskurs Erbrecht), seamlessly aligning tax optimization with estate planning precision.
As of counsel, both contribute their expertise alongside their existing law firm practices or consulting work.
