Anna K. Kiefer advises clients on planning their succession and represents them in and out of court in inheritance disputes. She focuses on matters relating to compulsory portions and disputes within the community of heirs as well as disputes regarding the execution of wills. She also assists private individuals and entrepreneurs with tax-optimized asset and business succession planning as well as subsequent tax returns.
Since completing her studies, Anna K. Kiefer has specialized in the areas of inheritance law and international inheritance law. As part of her work as a research assistant at a major international law firm, she was able to gain her first valuable experience in court and out-of-court litigation. During her legal clerkship, she worked for a medium-sized law firm operating throughout Germany with a focus on inheritance and compulsory portion law. She gained further experience, particularly in inheritance law, during her legal traineeship at a notary's office.
